What God's Word says about giving
Give in secret unto the Lord, not to impress man (Matthew 6:1-4)
Take heed that you do not do your charitable deeds before men, to be seen by them. Otherwise you have no reward from your Father in heaven. Therefore, when you do a charitable deed, do not sound a trumpet before you as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory from men. Assuredly, I say to you, they have their reward. But when you do a charitable deed, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, that your charitable deed may be in secret; and your Father who sees in secret will Himself reward you openly
Give willingly (2 Corinthians 8:11-12)
but now you also must complete the doing of it; that as there was a readiness to desire it, so there also may be a completion out of what you have. For if there is first a willing mind, it is accepted according to what one has, and not according to what he does not have.
Give weekly (1 Corinthians 16:1-2)
Now concerning the collection for the saints, as I have given orders to the churches of Galatia, so you must do also: On the first day of the week let each one of you lay something aside, storing up as he may prosper, that there be no collections when I come
Give with a cheerful and joyful heart (2 Corinthians 9:6-7)
But this I say: He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver.

We want to thank all of you who share in our vision to bring the Gospel message of Jesus Christ to a lost and dying generation. We believe where God guides, God provides. When we receive your financial support, we know it is God who is working in the hearts of His people to accomplish His will in and through this ministry.
Your motive for giving or tithing to this ministry or any ministry should be love; love for God, love for His church and love for His work. God gives us very specific reasons why we should give to the work of the ministry; not because God needs our money, He owns all the cattle on the hillsides (Psalm 50:10), but as an expression of praise for Who He is and what He has done in each of our lives individually.

These guidelines stress what is most important. God does not look at the amount we give; He looks at the motive of our hearts. Please do not feel compelled to give unless the Lord is leading.
